Hey everybody, Taylor again. Just thought I'd update you, and I would like to post just to say that I had an awesome day today! Today, right after school, I went over to the club and worked out for about an hour. I ran 5.21 miles in 42 minutes, and lost 633 calories, not that that really matters, but I like that at least I'm doing something. I also did some ab excersizes, and some arm and shoulders. I also worked on my pecks too. (Ha, ha, ha.. isn't it just like a teenager to go for pecks?!?) I'm getting use to the fact that I'm going to have to change my workout for my knee, although it is hard because my legs are one of my best features! I have really strong legs from hockey and football. Oh well, there are other excersizes out there! Soon I am going to have my meeting with my trainer and she will go over what I should now do, so I am very excited. What keeps me going, my motivation, is that my sister lives in England and so this summer, in July, I'm going to stay there with her and her husband for about a week and a half so I would love to surprise her with a new weight loss and a new hair _style_, and so that keeps me going. I know it may sound bizarre, but that is my huge motivation. Anyways everybody, keep going and have a great day! I look forward to reading your messages tonight. Taylor
