From The Sunshine Forecast: Our head-to-head results analysis yielded these predicted scores for round 4 of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.  The predictions were 2-2 SU including 1-1 SU on lower-seed outright wins, 3-0 ATS overall including 2-0 ATS on lower-seed outright wins.  [Predictions within ½-point of the line are considered No Play .] Our top selections are underdogs predicted to cover by 7 or more points, favorites to cover by 10 or more points.   For round 4, there were none; the closest possibilities were Utah +10½ and Rhode Island +4½, both 1½ points short of qualifying.  For the entire tournament, all of our top picks are now 8-6 (57%); our strongest plays, the big dog plays, are 5-4 (56%).
