I have an end user that is having a problem with Clip Art Gallery.  The problem first appeared in Power Point 97 running on Windows 95, but also happens with any of the Office 97 products.   It appears that Clip Art Gallery is not saving anything added to it.  I receive the error Could not complete the operation when you try to insert a clip art, but will insert the item.  If you download any items from the MS web site, they will be loaded into the Gallery, but if you close the applications, when you open Clip Art Gallery the items are not there.  Office 97 has been un-installed and then re- installed and still receiving this error.   I have checked the knowledge _base_, but have not found a solution.  Does anyone have any ideas? If this file gets damaged, then you can run into the problem you're seeing now. Try deleting the Artgalry.cag and download a clip again to see if it sticks this time.
