Hi Saw this, and the Danny Devito/ Martin Lawrence flick tonight. I enjoyed both, but they are not completely good flicks. The Glass house really excels at the end when a Ferrari Testerossa is smashed to bits in a head-on with an 18 wheeler!!! I pay good money to see that! The story is on a par with most phycological thrillers. De Vito ran circles around Lawrence in the other movie (I forget that long _title_ it has), but it had a big cast, and that helped it to actually be funny.. M.L.'s routine is always the same, I'm afraid...it gets REAL stale! Bill S.

I was just about to watch The Glass House. Prior to reading your post, I did not know there even was a Ferrari in the film, or what would ultimately happen to it. Well I do now. wrote in message Well, reading and watching are two different things...rent or buy it, it's a must see in my HO. Bill Sorry for the non spoiler warning..still very cool, filmed well! No big deal. Actually I'm going to hold off watching this film for a while. Probably by the time I get around to seeing it I will have forgotten about the scene anyway. I'm getting older. Seriously, this film really sucked-no redeaming value what so ever IMO. Stellan's performance was a walk through and the only selling feature of the flick was nubile teenage flesh. When a film's art direction is more noticeable than the story or the performances, something has to be wrong. BILLSCHWENKE <

wrote in message The plot is nothing groundbreaking, but I enjoyed it...maybe I enjoy too many films being a film buff, but it's all entertainment to me...mostly. If I'm not entertained, then I get negative, but I don't nitpick on details (too much) Bill Subject: Re: The Glass House From: Phil & Alyce
