A couple of years ago I gained 10 lbs over my long-term stable point. I was really pissed.  (I had been eating out deliciously while traveling in Australia).  I had to make my first effort to actually lose fat.  I was surprised that it was not as difficult as I had feared; I consciously ate significantly less, exercised more and tried some o-t-c supplements, though not the ephidrene ones. Of course this was pretty minor. But I hope you can appreciate that for many of us, it is/was more difficult. But when I got on fen/phen, it was effortless. J
