Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the salary requirment for the new H1-B applicant. I just graduated from Amercain University with Master degree, i just got an offer from Fort Worth, TX wtih the salary 36,800 per year. I need to apply for my H1-B visa in the fiscal year 2001. I was heard that the new salary requirement for the H1-B visa applicant is 40,000 per year for the coming fiscal year, is that true? where i can get the relative information.
