Hi Gang, I can't get any messages on Agent, is anyone else having problems? I get a message: Error reported by server, 502 authentication failed... What's up with that? Hunter

Hi Gang, I can't get any messages on Agent, is anyone else having problems? I get a message: Error reported by server, 502 authentication failed... What's up with that? Hunter Mail or news, at home or on the road, still with aol? If at home still, your cable company is essentially part of the aol network (like dialing in to the aol network directly, but at a highr speed), if on the road, you can access you aol in your browser just go to www.aol.com there is sort of a way of (maybe, works about 1/2 the time) using the aol mail and news servers, but it's not easy or pretty to explain

I can't get any messages on Agent, is anyone else having problems? Working fine here. Doh,  I figgered it out. I changed my password on the German Server.... and forgot to change it in Agent. Hunter

If at home still, your cable company is essentially part of the aol network (like dialing in to the aol network directly, but at a highr speed), if on the road, you can access you aol in your browser just go to www.aol.com there is sort of a way of (maybe, works about 1/2 the time) using the aol mail and news servers, but it's not easy or pretty to explain I haven't used AOL to get online in years. Hunter uses Firefox as a browser and she has WiFi from Patti's cable to connect to the net. AOL email is free. Have you been hiding under a rock or are you just trolling for a reason to kick at AOL. That little yellow feller must have bit you when you were little.
