Actually what i should have said is how to make them. sandr Your best bet would be to go look for a book called Curtains, Draperies and Shades put out by Sunset books.  You can usually find it at Home Depot or any of those type stores.  Amazon usually has it too.  It has terrific instructions on Roman blinds.  I've made several sets from that book.  And just about any type of window treatment you want is in that book.  Well worth the $10-12 it will cost you.  My copy has been used so many times, it's starting to come unbound.  That's how you know it's a good book.   Sharon
